Crush your garlic, scotch bonnet and red bell peppers
Slice onions
Place a pot on fire and add liltle amount of oil,add garlic and little onions and saute for about four minutes
Add the crush mixture and stir occasionally
Keep stirring until you perceive the sweet smell of the mixture
Add seasonings and stir,at this step we add the sliced onions and stir
Add the steam spinach and cook for about two minutes then take of the heat and serve
